3D ultrasound. how much??

Im a ftm.. and I was just wondering if my medicad covers to get a 3d ultrasound. And if not how much did yall have to pay? Because I know we only get like 2 ultrasounds and I already got both. I just really want to see my son. Oh and also does it matter on what state you live, in order to get a 3d ultrasound. I live in texas. .???

Really. Well I hope my doctor says I can get one for free but if not I guess im going to have to pay.

It depends on your doctor. I live in texas and my first pregnancy I had a 3d ultrasound payed for through medicade. But because I changed doctors I dont get one this time.

In virginia they have places you can pay to get a 3d/4d ultrasound. Here its like $75 for 4 or 5 printed ultrasounds.

I am pretty sure no state medicaid pays for 3D/4D. I agree with the above poster about surfing the web. I paid $95, but sometimes there are Groupons or the facility offers coupons. One of the places in my area also does a "sneak peek," & it's only 10 minutes (the regular one I did was 25 minutes), but it only costs $50.

It depends on the state you live in. I wanted to get one but medicaid wouldn't pay for it since it was not medically necessary. If I wanted one done it was $140 for one session. I live in Arkansas

I live in ca. I paid 60 for gender determination and 100 for regular 3d/4d session (where i got to see his face too). Google 3d ultrasound (in your area). Surf around to different sites. Maybe even try a few places.
