I have 18 days left until my due date.  I went to the hospital for my contractions two nights ago and was dilated 4 cm and having pretty steady contractions and they sent me home!! When I arrived at the hospital they checked me and I was 3cm and two hours later I was 4cm. I don't understand why they sent me home I'm in so Much pain. I have never had this problem wIth my other two

I would definitely go back or at least call your doctor

Hmm most hospitals won't let you leave if you're dilated at 4cm. I would go back and just have them check your cervix one more time.

My contractions have been ten mins apart since I was at the hospital have not changed

Wow, I can't believe they sent you home too. Sounds like if it was two nights ago you obviously were not in active labour. How are your contractions now? Are you heading back?
