4 months pregnant and right side constant stomach cramps

My fiancée is three and a half to months pregnant. She is having cramping pains on the whole right side of her stomach. It seems to be less when she sits or lays down but when she is standing or stands up the pains increase and the stomach stays tense. Should we be worried?

Have her call her ob-gyn's advice line.  You do want to rule out appendicitis rather quickly.

could be that all of her insides are moving over to make room for her uterus...i had that pain with my first pregnancy...i balled my eyes out with pain and it was only with certain movement...my doctor told me it was just my insides moving over...

but she could call the doctor...it could be her Gall Bladder, or her Apendix too.....its always better to be safe than sorry
