5 wks no fetal pole

when I had an ultrasound at 5 wks, they told me there was a yolk sac but did not see a fetal pole. Is it too early to see anything including a heartbeat. This is making me nervous that something is wrong.

It is very early.  Try not to worry right now.  I have heard of people not seeing a heartbeat until week 7 or 8.  You still have some time yet.  Good luck and take care!!

Try not to worry.. You will get a heartbeat on u/s between 6-8 weeks........ :-)

Totally normal! You'll probably see the fetal pole in another week :-)

nothing to worry about, as for my previous pregnancy they couldn't see it at 5 weeks nor 6 weeks it was only detected at 7 weeks. All will be fine :-)
