Pregnant 4 weeks after miscarriage?

I miscarried about four weeks ago. After two weeks my pregnancy symptoms went away. They have started up again this week, nausea, headachy, sensitive boobs, fatigue. I haven't gotten my period yet and my fiancé and I haven't exactly been careful. I'm nervous that taking a home test won't be accurate because I might still have my hormone levels from the last baby. I don't want to get my hopes up, we where devastated after we miscarried. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I miscarried at 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks for my period to come back again but on the other hand it is possible to fall pregnant straight after fingers crossed for you!

Your period should return within 6 weeks after mc if you are not pregnant. It is possible to get pregnant again as early as 2 weeks after mc. Even if your period hasn't returned. My advice would be to call your Dr and make an appointment. Have a blood test done and they can guide you from there they may run other tests as well.
