bleeding with contractions...

Don't know what to do. Been having contractions pretty bad now and the doc said earlier that I wasn't dialated or thinned and to just go home. But now I went to the bathroom and there was blood with some clots. What should I do ? It's 4:51 am.

I called the doctor and he told me to come to the hospital since he was already there and guess what?! I had my little girl at 3:47 pm 7 lbs 7 oz..she is prefect. Labor progressed so quickly !!
