8 weeks pregnant, bleeding....

Hello I am 8 weeks pregnant with my 5th child. 2 weeks ago I went to the Dr. and had a pos pregnancy test. A few days later I notice some brown on my underwear...nothing after that. A few days ago I started bleeding like a period, with small clots and cramping. I also no longer have sore breasts. I have had a miscarriage before and it was nothing like this. I am not bleeding heavy, but the bleeding i do have is exactly like my period. I called my Dr. and they said if its a miscarriage there is nothing to do to prevent it and that was it. They did not offer to have me come in and have me looked at, seeing as though bleeding can be other things rather than miscarriage. I also noticed my legs and feet and hands are swollen, and i am having bad migraines. I plan on going to the ER when my husband gets home from work, but in the mean time I would really like to get other peoples opinions or advice. Thank you

I know, I am rather upset that they kinds just shrugged it off like ok shes bleeding its a miscarriage. Like I said, I had a miscarriage before and this is not the same, I am hoping maybe some other women have had something similar happen so I can put myself at ease, but in all reality I doubt my mind will be at ease until I go to the ER

I think you're doing the right thing by going yo the ER. The bleeding, swollen hands and feet, and migraines don't sound right. I'm surprised your doctor doesn't want you to come in.
