Back pains whilest sleeping
Hey i'm 21 pregnant with the first a baby girl and i'm now 21weeks since a couple of days i'm having really bad backpains in bed ... The dokter told me to sleep on my left Side but that hurts aswell and due to an old issue my left knie hurts pretty bad aswell if I do so .... But if I sleep any other way it hurts ... I already sleep with two pillows to support my nek and a pregnancypillow to support my belly and knees ... Anyone with Some tips to sleep again ?
