A lil'pee EVRYTIME I sneez!!
Since the 4th month Ive had to wear panty liners because I have a lot of discharge. Now every single time I sneez I pee a little! Its not much, just a couple of drops but it's enough for me to change my liner and most of the time even my panty. Now I just go right ahead and take a shower!! Im 26w + 4d..
Does this sound normal?? Does it get worse?? Am I the only one??

Ah man...! I like to run.. hopefully I can do it like before the pregnancy and NOT leak. LOL thanks
oh girl so normal and bad news even after delivery it happens lol. I have had 3 kiddos and sometimes when I sneeze even 6 months after my last delivery I still do that. When I was pregnant with my 3rd I got bronchitis really badly and everytime I coughed i peed myself lol. It was awful. Just keep changing the pad and hopefully soon the baby will shift off your bladder and you wont feel like your wetting youself
You're definitely not the only one and unfortunately the problem doesn't always go away immediately afterwards either. Now that I'm on my second pregnancy the problem is way worse than the first.
