A strange case

i am 27 yrs and i got pregnant last yr in october. i was in my 27th week and suddenly one day i could not feel my baby's heart beat. i rushed to the hospital immediately and they did an ultrasound & told the baby was no more. i was given medicines and prepared for labor and i finally delivered afetr 24 hrs. the baby weighed around 900gms. the facts r that a membrane form the amniotic sac came off and was swinging in the sac and it got tied to the baby's fingers. two of them didnt grow properly. the last was it got entwined around the leg and we found it half cut. the band then twined itself to the umbilical cord and stopped the food/ oxygen supply and lead to the cause. several tests were done and no actual reason could be said. i was healthy, my all reports were normal, no bleeding, no fluid break, nothing, just happened all of a sudden. i didnt get hurt antwhere, no tedious jobs as i am a hoemaker. i took good rest and care of myself suring my preganancy. i asked sooo many people, but no one has given me an accurate reason as to why this happened... plz help.
