CM and Pregnancy

Does your CM go through the same stages as normal in pregnancy? or what is it like during pregnancy?

I just found out a few days ago im pregnant with #2 and so far my cm as increased more then usual.  I usually have alot of cm all throughout my cycle.  My first child I had so much cm all throughout the pregnancy that I wore a panty liner. With my first it was creamy like lotion, and so far with this one its creamy as well.   From what Ive ready cm does increase during pregnancy due to rising estrogen but thats just from what Ive read.

In the beginning it is whitish in color and kind of strechy like when you ovulate. Then it just goes to normal after it has made the mucus plug. Thats what it did for me now i just have a normal discharge. and im 20 wks 2 days.
