Well...we survived with no more puking...but his cough almost caused him to several times and his temp was pretty high. At one point last night it was 104.7 so I was up a little past midnight wiping his face with a cold rag and fanning him to cool him down. I gave him some motrin about 11 but it took awhile for it to bring his fever down. Finally a little after midnight it was down a good bit, but not all the way. So we finally fell asleep...He had me up off and on becuase he kept coughing and sounding like he was gonna throw up. Woke up this morning his temp was 102.4.
And to top it off I think my 4 yo is getting whatever this is......she fell asleep last night feeling a little bit warm, shortly after she fell asleep she broke out into a sweat like her fever broke and she's getting the cough too.
I'm debating on whether or not to take them to the ER this afternoon. No docs open around here on weekends except this moron indian doc that I just stopped using becuase he thought he had double dosed my 4 yo with her immun. but *I* know it's becuase they had their records wrong. They never gave her the shots in August but marked in her record they did so when I took her in October they gave her 5 shots total...then thought they had double dosed her...jerks. Won't be going back THERE.
i'm sorry....we JUST got over the stomach virus this past Monday and it lasted for a complete week.....I will keep yall in my prayers and hope that he will be much better in the next day or so. Try and get lots of rest so that your body doesn't pick it up.
awww poor baby! my nephew's been pukin the past 2 days. but he's only 9 months old so he thinks it's a hoot. no temp yet though!!! good luck with the baby! hope he feels better!!!!!!!

Thats good. Hopeful was right - you need to take time for yourself but then you already knew that. =)
Have a good weekend, dear.
unfortunately the last several nights he's had me up becuase of his coughing fits...but atleast tomorrow is saturday and I don't have to get up early for work. I came home and gave him some motrin...he had cereal for dinner and then some vanilla ice cream...Now that his fever has broke he seems to feel better.
I hope he feels better too. Make sure mommy gets lots of rest too. That will be good for you.
Awww poor baby. I bet you were thrilled. At least he tried to warn you, though. Hope he feels better. =(
