About 6 weeks not many symptoms?

I'm 18 and about 6 weeks
My first scan was inconclusive but she mentioned I was about 5 weeks and that was a week ago.
I haven't had many symptoms;
•fatigue
•a bit of cramping  
•acne
•constipation/ need to pee a lot
And I nearly fainted in the shower twice the other day but I haven't had much else
Does it get worse from here?
I also get very cold but it is winter at the moment (in nz)

I had no symptoms till I was half way through my second trimester only thing I had was I could feel her moving and kicking

That's exactly how I felt then 7 weeks hit and I started vomiting everyday lol I'm 12 weeks now

Feel lucky that it's not hitting you yet. My first few weeks of pregnancy was hell. I was always vomiting, I couldn't eat, lost weight.  Horrible.  Lol so feel lucky your hormones are working with your body

I'm almost 7 weeks and I've wondered if my symptoms are too light. I'm starting to feel sick every day and I'm peeing a ton!
