Well when i was in vacation in Thailand i had a lil bit spot on my panty it was pinkish something, i thought i was gonna have my period but it wasn't like that its stop, then my husband and i travel to Halong bay Vietnam another red spot on my panty and experienced cramping, dizziness,, i decided to take another home pregnancy test  and it comes out negative...so i really don't know whats happening to me, its freak me out...

Thank you so much for your suggestion, Appreciate it! :)) i guess its time to see the Doctor...i get stressed thinking about it..=)

Go to doctor for blood test. Try posting this in the am I pregnant section. You could have irregular periods like me due to polycystic ovary syndrome xx

3months is a very long range of missing a period but I have a friend just like you.
Her period skip or delayed for 3months due to his irregular menstrual cycle and she is very sure that she is not pregnant because no sex involve .
In your case if sex involved go to your doctor and ask him/her.
Or try another HPT to be sure
How about the symptoms of being pregnant have you encountered that changes?
