With both of my kids down there wasn't sore at all i used a lot of diaper ice packs that the nurses gave me witch was awesome and used the numbing spray as much as i could abd it was awesome.... but a i hurt the night after my second it felt like i was in labor again but that was only for like two nights they had to give me hydros to help the pain but other than that i was golden :)

I've had a epidural birth and natural and honestly I was more sore after the epidural but I was sore for like two weeks :/ esp after my first baby omg I was so sore. You don't realize all the muscles you use until you try to get up out of bed.

After delivery was the worst for me I had to be cut so I had quite a lot if stitches..is honestly say for 3 weeks I was in horrible pain... 6 weeks to feel perfectly normal..it was the hardest 3 weeks I've experienced with having a newborn and barely being able to move
