Me too both my children nvr had breakouts this pregnancy omg breakouts galore on my chest back face I feel so disgusted ugh.....

ive never had acne until pregnancy...nkw its everywhere :"( I bought "advantage acne control" from clean, and clear for like 5 bucks and  I swear my face was clear again in a week or so. it also makes my skin feel soft (": worth a shot!!

I use cetaphil face wash and the moisturizer...I'm 31wks, it seems like the last month I've been having bad acne but the face wash has been helping

I have the same problem. Never in my life have I had so many zits. It was worse in my first trimester and now that im in my second I still get em just not as much. I use noxzema facial cleanser and it works good for me. I also try to eat healthy.
