Really dont want to scare you butt... envision ripping slicing tearing burning all at the same time oh my goodness like an elephant coming out of a mouse hole.. haa but I realized that I didnt need to be cut (episiotomy) with my natural birth.. and I healed so much faster and if you breast feed you really will start to heal quicker my experience but there are alot of techniques you can try like distraction or effleurage (your partner rubs their fingertips on your belly or back) to soothe you so there are options when I experienced it I just kept thinking ok this is all temporary. . Tried to distract myself but thats my take on it I hope I didnt scare you but honestly its such a great feeling when you finally see and hold your baby
