We use aveeno soaps/lotions and shampoo on our daughter only nothing else. The eczema aveeno is amazing and fast acting.

Most babies get it, try baby aveeno or aquaphor lotion(spelling?) They are both in the baby section at walmart. For my daughter any Johnson and johnsons products made it worse.

It's all hormonal and usually peaks between 4-6 weeks. There isn't much to do for it but let it run its course.
