Am I pregnant or could I have a kidney infection?

Am I pregnant or could I have a kidney infection? My bf and I had sex the day my period ended up until 4 days after it ended. Since then I've been completely exhausted (I went from sleeping 5 hours a night and being fine, to passing out around 11 every night and sleeping between 9 and 12 hours), nauseous, my stomach cramps, my lower back hurts, my boobs have grown (but don't hurt), I'm bloated, I'm irritable, and I pee literally at least once every two hours. My urine is slightly cloudy but not bloody or anything like that. I did a pregnancy test and it came up negative, but I'm not sure when I should test because they're so irregular. I just went six months between my last two. It's been a little over a month since my last one (when I believe I got pregnant) and my "regular" cycle, when it is regular, is every 2 months. So is it likely I'm pregnant and just not showing the hormone yet, or is it more likely a kidney infection? (I just got over a urinary tract infection a few weeks ago)

Forgot to add that you might still have an infection.  So definitely go and get checked out.

A HPT should give a reasonable accurate result about 2 weeks after conception (unprotected sex).

You need to see a doctor.  Its hard to know if you are pregnant and there are several things that can cause your symptoms that are not pregnancy-related including hormonal imbalances (thyroid problems, PCOS etc.).
