bleeding duting pregnancy

i am 10 weeks pregnant, and suddenly today morning i started bleeding after consultation with doc and scanning report it was mentioned that there is no evidence of subchronic bleeding, i had bleeding only for five min... wat does this report mean and should i take complete bedrest?

When you say you had a Dr. consult, what did he do while you were there. If you had a vaginal ultrasound then it is not uncommon to have some bleeding, especially since yours was short (5 min) because the uterus gets sensitive when you are pregnant. What you need to worry about is if the bleeding is really heavy, there is clotting and bad cramping.

i feel for you on the worrying unfortunately i do not know what that means but i know for a fact sometimes even when pregnant you can spot just like you said only 5mins and thats it .as long as the doc says all is ok which seems to be as u said "no evidence of subchronic bleeding" you should be ok.and bedrest is always great for an expectant mom.best wishes dear
