So overwhelmed. :(

Im feeling so crazy right now. Im 22 and pregnant with my first. I live in a country far away from my family and the only support i have is my boyfriend and Im scared we can't do it. When we have the baby and he goes back to work ill be completely alone with the baby which terrifies me. And Im also terrified of  the financial cost. Im just feeling so upset and unprepared. :( anyone else feeling like this?

I know. I was like OMG.. I had my mum with me in a&e so I was acting like I knew everything was ok. I lived with my partner before this and we have an incredible relationship. He's 21. I feel so lucky, but also so alone and neglected with him leaving all the time. I know its for the best, still doesnt make it easier

I had lower abdominal pain that had gotten worry over 2 days. I thought it was a uti, but that came back clear. They sent me to delivery, they couldn't find heary beat. They sent me thru to actual a&e (I was in the waiting room before hand). Had bloods done. Then they tried to find hb again, no luck. Then they finally, after 7 hours of panicking they did a scan. Stubborn monkey had his back out and was upside down lol. Thankfully everything is fine. Bloods came back normal. Baby just wanted attention

I'm 22 as well. My partner works month on, month off so I'm pretty alone as well. Luckily I'm living with my mum ATM so he can do 3 months work in a row so we can save to buy a house before baby arrives in jan. I would give anything to have him Home tho, he's missed both scans and 2 doctors appointments and a trip to a&e :/

I'm 21 and I was feeling the same way before she was born. Finances unfortunately are a constant concern for us, but we make due. Mostly though I was afraid I may not be a good mother, and my hubby is at work all the time so its just me and her. Luckily everything seems to be instictual. You get to know what each cry means and respond accordingly. The feeling of being unprepared probably won't go away until after birth (thats when it happened for me) but remember there's lots of support from the ladies on here! Also remember that if you're scared, you're probably more prepared than you think just because you're thinking of more than just yourself. Everything will be ok in the end. Where there's a will there's a way. And you'll be able to do this! Congrats and good luck! We're here If you need us
