Amniotic fluid
Okay so I'm 21 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me I have only 1.5cm of fluid left my water hasn't broken so we don't know whats wrong they told me to drink alot of water but out just runs right through me I don't have a clue what to do or what could be wrong plus I'm still smoking cigs it's just so stressful what should I do?
Definitely up your water intake, I'm not 100% sure, but I think they may be able to give you something to boost your amniotic fluid, and I agree, definitely cut back on cigarettes as much as possible, good luck!
You need to up your water in take as your doctor said...your going to use it a lot....that's normal...as for the smokes try cutting down on them.....but do drink as much water as possible.
