Like the first post said, dont be afraid to cry, & cry as much as you feel like, crying helps relieve stress so dont feel like you have to hold it in. But if you start feeling like you may become depressed you need to start talking to your doctor, pregnancy hormones & greif can do that to someone :/ remain strong for you and your baby!
It's ok to be sad and cry a little but I'd your pregnant you need to try your best not to let it stress you out. If there's ever a time you feel angry about it or really sad talk to someone about it, it really really helps
