Im more concord/charlotte area but i havent heard anything like that about NorthEast Medical Center. I was told the only way they do that is if there is a probable cause showing in the mother. I would ask your doctor if you have concerns.. (unfortunately) i kno plenty of new moms who have been using during their pregnancy but they were not tested at birth or anything like that.

I've done research about drug test because I have been hearing about babies drug tested at birth and afterwards. Well I won't be positive for any drugs being that I haven't had some, but I am worried that cps will get involved in latter days because I researched the baby wash products I have and I heard they give you false positive marijuana results and I really don't want to be bothered if I don't have to. So do all hospitals drug test babies at birth or only if they suspect something?
