Anyone else get Charley horses in their leg?

Leg cramps are the worst. I've been getting a Charley horse every now and then and I can feel it in my legs for days after! Any one else get these?

I got one this morning and it killed! Had to grab on to my husband's hand till it was gone. I was still in bed when it happened!!

Also when you get one flex your foot back towards you it will instantly get rid of it

I get them very bad pretty much every night. It *****!

I eat about 3-4 bananas a day and they have went away, they use to be horrible to the point that I was unable to sleep more than a hour or so every night.  if you hate bananas take extra potassium :)

I'm 32 weeks and only experience it 2 times they've told me that it's normal that some women also experience it during labor . but I now try to stretch before going to sleep :) and it's helped me also I heard that bananas and water:) but stretch your legs before going to bed :)

I get them every once in a while. Drink A Lot of water. It's muscle cramping from dehydration. Remember, your body needs more because of the baby

Ive always been told to eat bananas. Maybe that will help.

I get those every night, its difficult to sleep sometimes, i saw it would be one of the symptoms on the app didnt believe it at first. Maybe that what i get instead of morning sickness.. Plus ill have spasms through out the day as well in my feet thats tough.. Hope they get better for you!!!
