Anyone has vaginismus and pregnant?

So I have really bad vaginismus to the point where intercourse can only be done with a lot of lidocaine and with the help of dilators. I am 15 weeks pregnant and concerned about delivery. Will my vaginismus prevent me from vaginal delivery? Is anyone else dealing with or has dealt with this?? It is a very stressful condition :(

Hi I'm married to my wife for 1 year now and we have never successfully had sex yet I think she has a similar problem to u.
Will using a numbing cream in her vagina have any side effects and do u think its advisable to try sex that way

When I first asked the doctor about it she said it was all in my head and that I need to see a therapist, when I know it was definitely physically hurting. So I did my research and ended up purchasing a vaginal dilator set and asked my doctors to prescribe lidocaine which is a numbing cream that helps with feeling no pain down there at all! By using lube, lidocaine and my dilators for months I was finally able to have Intercourse for the the very first time. And each time to have intercourse i would use my dilators before to stretch and numb everything before having sex if I don't use these things it feels like there is no entry to my vagina and if my husband tries to enter it feels like it's ripping apart the pain is excruciating. Eventually the dilators help to where you dont have to use it to have sex and can have pain free sex. But now that I'm pregnant I don't have much energy to be continuous with it and feel like I'm back to where I started :( I definitely need to talk to my doctor and see how it will effect my delivery. You should ask your doctors about lidocaine and dilators for your condition and see what they say sounds like you have vaginismus as well. It if wasn't for dilators and lidocaine I would not be able to have sex.

I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant.  I've experienced pain during sex since the first time doing it and I've done it over 30 times. Lost my virginity 6 months ago. I never really expected it to hurt so much and for so long!  I think I've only had like 3/4 times where I have experienced little pain to no pain. I don't know what's wrong with me. I mean I am well lubricated etc and use extra lube on top. It's just very painful for me....it burns and stings and feels like I am not stretching to accommodate the penis at all. There was one time it wouldn't go in at all. It wasn't until like the 10th time of having sex that I could have the whole penis in there. Like only an inch or less could fit. It would just get stuck and pressing on any further would hurt me. I have no idea what's going on with me. I think I suffer from what you suffer from....I should really see a doctor about it to confirm it. I'm also worried about child birth...
