Anyone know?

I was just wondering if eating hot chetos harms your baby? I love hot chettos and I'm not sure of it's bad for me to eat them right now that I'm pregnant. Also I love putting chile (Valentina ) on them.

There not the healthiest choice but that's literally all I ate in my 1st trimester. I would wake up and eat them for breakfast lol I don't see why they would be bad for the baby .

I eat hot cheetos every now and then but I don't put valentina on them because my mouth will be on fire if I do hehe it's because I'm not used to eat chile at all. As far as I know it doesn't harm the baby but eating too much spicy things will give you a bad heartburn.
