Yeah they have been waking me in my sleep it seems like that's when there the worst but ill keep Timing them..thank you
Sounds like your uterus is having lots of practice sessions, which is normal in the last few weeks. Frequency and duration aren't necessarily trustworthy in my experience, though using a contraction timing app can be helpful. If the contractions wake you from sleep, that's when you should pay close attention.
They should not slow down or stop by change of positions, bath or rest like laying in bed.
You will know when to go. The contractions should be three to five minutes apart.
Also I feel pressure sometimes down there!
