Well, I don't blame you for wanting to look into the possibility of working from home. I've had that opportunity at different times in my life and it's definitely been nice. As far as some suggestions, I know I've read about at-home jobs as a phone rep, transcriptionist, freelance writer, bookkeeper, or consultant. You could also think about a home-based business. There's a lot of books out there on how to get started with something like that. For instance, I know Donna Partow has written some thought might be helpful. So, just some ideas to think about!

I feel the same way and have been looking since I was 25 weeks. I'm on my maternity leave now but it's the same 6 weeks unpaid and now I have to find and set up a sitter so when I have to go back to work I don't have to worry about her. I lunch problem is I have yet to find someone who wouldn't break the bank for us.
I have a regular job and a at home job for extra money I'll message you!
Honey it doesnt matter where do you work o how many hours. Go to the EDD departament, you can take the 60% of your regular check after the baby for a period of 3, 6, 9 month or till a year. That depends on you.
Don'tbe scare to ask. If your employer doesn't want to give you work after that time you can take the unemployment.
You can go through a temp agency. They may be able to help you. If they can't find you an online job they may be able to help you find a better job than the one you have now.
I am part time already, they won't give me set hours though even after i have my baby so I won't always have a guernteed babysitter. They set everyone as part time and schedule them slightly under 40 hours a week so they don't have to give us full time benefits.
There isn't really any at home Jobs you can do, especially if you are young and don't have a degree, but if you do have a degree than I would Google at home Jobs and see what you find. what I recommend is to just go part time at the job you already have it work about 3 or 4 days a week until your baby is about six month and then you may be able to work more. I hope this helps and God bless!
Idk I haven't looked into it personally, I just know they threw a huge fit about it
I'm pretty sure its a law that your employer has to allow you to pump at work. There is nothing unsanitary about it. Especially if she put it in her own cooler. Its the same as having your lunch in a lunch box except its your baby's lunch.
