BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Shes here!!! Kirsten Willow arrived at 06.37am (uk) on 7th jan 2013 :)

Birth story... after doing squats and getting pains from 16.30 they started getting closer together and alot worse.... at 23.15 my waters broke (everywhere lol new duvet required) and then the pains came thick and fast one after the other!! Came to the hospital and they examined me, only 1cm dialated but baby had a bowel movement inside so was kept in.... i had pethadone (sp?) Because the gas and air made me heave...... at about 4am i was 7cm dialated and by 5am i was fully dialated and started pushing.... she wasnt coming tho n her heart rate kept dropping so a vontuse (sp?) Was used and she was born on the first push with the assistance :) glad it was all over because the pethadone had worn off hours before and had no other pain relief.....
One very happy mummy and daddy, tho we are staying in for today and tonight because baby needs obs due to pooing lol x
