Until what month we have Braxton Hicks? How can I understand if it is Braxton Hicks and not a real contraction and the uterin that is preparing for real birth? I m 29w +1d. Thank you.

Braxton Hicks I think can last through your entire pregnancy unfortunately. The difference between contractions and Braxton Hicks are the consistency and pain. Braxton Hicks are inconsistent and generally cause more discomfort than pain. Whereas contractions you can time and are very painful.
