32weeks and losing my plug.

Has this happend to anyone else?  its like a hard ish jelly. Clear in color. My bf is freaking out cos we had sex this morning and he thinks hes put me in early labor.  its 3:30am here. Ive called the midwife and they arnt to worried. Just call them with updates. Any one else had this rurn into labor early?

I say this morning meaning i havnt gone to sleep yet haha about 7am yesterday. Im in bed now resting. Hopefuly fall asleep

Unless you began bleeding or have a bloody show I wouldn't be to concerned.
It also regenerates its self.  The sex could have caused the cramping as well as stressing. I would take a warm bath and drink a few bottles of water to see if these pains subside and do not elevate in intensity. Intercourse is tough at this stage and that alone could have triggered a bit of braxton hicks but it should subside.

What I know, is that back pain actually is a start of labor
well if it spreads to upfront too
if you have contractions then count them

but losing the mucuos plug doesnt really mean youll go into labor right there and then
justbe aware if your having contractions

No i know that its just im worried as there is back pain too in waves of intensity. I was just asking others experiences.

Ive got low back pain too connecting down wards to my hips. Hurts but enough to tolerate

Its not the mucus plug that makes you go into labor. the mucus plug just protects the baby from infections. but they should explain thing better to you, i would update them with every little thing just to be on the safe side
