Baby acne??

my son will be 4 weeks tomorrow but he seems to be breaking out like little pimples is there anything to help it go away also on his forhead his skin seems dry I put baby magic lotion on it..is that gonna help?*

use a lotion that has oitmal in it ..that happened to my daughter and it went away in 2days

Yes and try not to kiss his face too much it causes their sensative skin to break out

yea lotion with help I had to use baby oil for my sons hair cause he had bad dry skin and between his eyes he had it the acne is something that babies get it will go away intime my little one had it on his nose
