My daughter had the same thing! I was told to keep it dry and use aveeno.. it took awhile to go away but it worked!
Baby aveeno lotion with moisturizers
Are you breastfeeding?
If ao it might be what your eating most of the time its caused by spicy food. Either you ate a lot of spicy food during your pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Or certain types of food.
At walmart or ur local big store like walmart they should have this baby soap that is made for exzama. I seen it the other day. Or like the other girl said just stop using everything ur using. And see what that does.
I'm glad ppl answrd this cause I was getting ready to ask the same question thanx it helped me too as I am ftm and concerned bout my son face as well
I'm racking my brain as my oldest had this and now has full blown eczema. The face makes me think not eczema tho. If its red or irritated stop any soaps, lotions, cremes. Eczema is best defeated by changing your soaps to hypoallergenic.... Including laundry soap. To me it honestly sounds like normal baby acne just a little extreme. Make a list of what you've tried and call your doctor. My son often needed a steroidal creme as an infant to kick things like this.
Whent to look for somthing like that and the pharmicest told me their was none for a one month old
It could be baby eczema (sp) my son had it on his face and on his back and stuff I used just over the counter baby creams
Il look into that but now i notice its on his shoulders and on his back a lityle
My cousin's daughter had that also and she used baby aveeno(sp) and it worked pretty well
