Agree with the above comment that's how I usually eat. I have lots of in between snacks. Do you like peanut butter crackers? I keep them in my purse for a snack
Example of my daily menu
8a.m-yogurt with granola, and a half piece of toast
10a.m-fruit with peanut butter or cheese
12.p.m-side chicken caesar salad
2.p.m-veggies with ranch to dip
5 p.m-any meat with a side like mashed potatoes, or spinach
7p.m-a small dessert(icecream, pudding, pie,etc)
Its hard sometimes sticking to exact times everyday but what really helped me was keeping snacks around me at all times. I always carry trail mix or crackers around with me.
What type of stuff didi you eat as your 6 small meals ..
Protein is always great. I found eating 6 meals a day VS 3 caused quicker weight gain.

Your baby should weigh about 3 lbs on average but all babies are different. If your baby is or was 2.13 lbs than thats great.
My baby was 3 lbs 7 oz also that's why I said around 4
My baby only weighs 2 lbs 13 oz.
