Back Pain :((

I'm 30weeks pregnant and this back pain is REAL ! I told my doctor and he says it's normal because the baby is making room... However there are times when I feel like I can't get up at all . I've tried heating pads, extra pillows and even had my boyfriend rub my back from time to time but it literally brings tears to my eyes when he touches my back sometimes . So I'm wondering have any of you ladies ever experienced this and if so what did you do?!
