Back Pain! :(

Went to the hospital yesterday for the pain & the doctor told me that it is safe to take 2 Tylenol extra strength & 2 benadryl.. to help me sleep and to take the pain away...

But I feel so so so guilty when I take meds pregnant... :( i feel like a terrible momma!

I'm so scared to use heat.. just a personal.. i mean the Tylenol takes the pain away.. and if it's okay for me to take and not hurt my son then ok... but i just feel like a bad mom for taking it because i feel high.. When in reality I'm probably just really really sleepy..

Try a heating pad.  I have horrible pain too,  it's awful it's a never ending no matter what I do pain so I sit in my hot tub (@low temp) and is the only time my back feels normal. Our my husband will rub it. I have used icy hot because my pain is just a certain area not my home back.  Only works for a short amount of tune but definitely helps! !
