I had the same problem for like two weeks and now she's finally moved. Nothing really helped but a hot bath, and leaning over to let your belly hang for awhile like she said.. Swimming is also a great way to get baby to move positions

There are positions you can get into during contractions that can sometimes help the baby move into the correct position. Try leaning over the bed or the couch so that your belly can hang. Gravity often is your best friend and can help flip your baby. As a pain reducer you can have your partner apply counter pressure to your back or hips. I've heard that helps too! Good luck!

I have them very strong and about 4-7 mins apart for about 5 hours... Then they just stop and my back and belly just feel a bit sore and achey. It's happened 5 times now
And thank you I will give a bath a go when it happens again x

How far apart are your contractions? Only thing you can do if your at home labouring is have a warm bath and take paracetamol that's advice i was given, although it doesn't work very well, but it does take the edge off a little bit. I know how you feel.
Good luck xx
