breech baby

So this isn't a question about my pregnancy but my sister has been to two ultrasounds for the gender already and her baby seems to be shy. They told her he/she was in a frank breech position both times and couldn't tell gender because of it. Is their anyway the baby would move or is it a permanent position? She's getting kinda down in the dumps about not knowing gender

My baby girl is also in footling breech position.
My doctor sent me to the hospital last Wednesday to try to turn my baby down and 3 hours trying to keep her with the head down and every time the doctor was  turning her down she was going back to the same position he gave up!!!!
( thanks God, coz it was really painful.... I'm still sore, it feels like someone beat on my belly and I'm full of bruises)
The doctor said I have a strong girl and if she wants to stay up , she will stay!
My due date was on 28 of February but coz she's on footling breech position I'm going to have a Csection on 21st :)))
I can't wait to meet my baby girl :)))))

My son was head down almost my whole pregnancy he turned last week at 35 weeks and was frank breech he is now feet down also known as footling breech. I am being induced next week and they plan to turn him right before induction. So to answer your question yes they can move. I hope all goes well for her.

They kinda scared her cuz they said if the baby didn't move, then she would have to have a c-section and sometimes babies legs get stuck up in the air when they're born for a couple of days when they're breech. She has another ultrasound next week i hope baby cooperates. I feel bad talking about my baby girl infront of her when i know she's so anxious to find out gender
