I have a bad pain on my right side too :( takes forever to get comfortable. The doc told me it was the weight of the baby dragging down my muscles and causing the pain. Ive had a magic bag glued to my side for the past 2 days. Seems to be the only way i get any relief from it at all.

Sounds like baby is getting under your ribs, it could be possible baby has hurt your ribs. I'd get checked out if the pain is really bothering you :)
