Bedrest an pelvic pain

This is my third child! I'm 24 weeks when I was 17weeks we had my ultrasound done the baby was at 6 oz the lady said it was a little big went into the dr today an my stomach is measuring at 28 inches the dr had to do a double take bc he could not believe it! He said he is hopin that the baby is just really stretched out but when I come back in4 weeks that he really hopes I'm not measuring at that again! Well upon arrival to the dr I couldn't hardly stand straight up I'm hurting bad in my middle section an pelvic area, they dr seen an told me to go on bed rest till I come back! I'm really scared bc I've also been havin mild contractions about 6 today! Idk do u think it could be SPD?

He isn't really sure what's going on I've been on meds for the past 4 months for Utis or bladder infections no matter what I drank or what I did I had one now I'm having this terrible pain an he is just saying the baby is huge already measuring at a 28 an shouldn't be this early plus I previously have two high risk births

That's odd BC at 17 weeks baby should weigh around 5oz.. so that's not that much bigger at all... i dont understand why they are saying you're baby is so big? What do they think is wrong?
