Being Induced At 36 Weeks

Hey guys! So I'm at ftm due on December 14th with a baby girl named Kori, but I have pregnancy induced hypertension, so I'll be delivering at 36 Weeks, which is a whole month ahead of my due date.. I'm 33 Weeks today so the closeness of the date is Scary but excited.. did anyone else deliver early like that? & was baby in NICU for long or anything?

Awe I'm not being induced but my baby boy is due December 14th too !!

I'm delivering at 36wks due to preeclamplsia if I make it that far, currently almost 32wks. My first was born at 35wks due to the same thing and only required 1wk nicu for breathing, feeding and jaundice, but it really depends on the baby. We are delivering at a particular hospital because we are expecting to need some nicu. Good luck!

I've not had this experience, and I wish you the best of luck. But as long as she is an optimal weight and is able to breathe and function on her own, I don't think they'll put her in the NICU. They may have her there if they feel it's best,  but there's no reason to fret over something. I'd be too excited to worry about it. My due date is December 19th. Good luck.

I got induced at 38 weeks due to gestational diabetes. Baby was perfect. No need for NICU
