Being a worry wart...
My OB said that my baby's measurements were perfect, so does that mean my baby will be born healthy with no birth defects? I am always worrying about this. I had a glass of wine during my pregnancy because people told me it's fine, but I'm always scared that from that one time she might have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Do you think I'm worrying too much?
Before I found out that i was pregnant I had a few drinks. One isn't going to hurt. Just don't continue to drink now. Your worrying a lot which is not good for you or the baby try to relax your baby will be just fine:)
I think u r worrying too much... I really doubt one drink would effect ur baby. Tty not to worry so much hun:)
