I'm due in ten days and I have the same problems.  It started for me around 30-32 weeks.  I have to streach my legs before going to sleep at night.  And I have to sleep with a big fluffy pillow bewteen my legs.  If I don't the pain in my hips will keep me up all night.  I was told that all of the ligaments in your body loosen in the last trimester... so you can have the baby.  Thats why you feel that popping feeling.  It sounds like your baby is pressing on a nerve.  Thats why the pain moved.  I had that happen for a whole weeks.  Its *****.  Try getting on all 4's and see if that will help.  I bend over the arm of our sofa but lots of ladies on here have said they use a exercise ball.  I hope you feel better soon.  Anita
