Every state is different. I smoke weed too to help with migraines and I had siatic nerve pain in my lower back during pregnancy that it helped with at all.  If your Dr says anything about it I would explain your reasoning to him. I'm in Arizona and smoked weed once a week during my pregnancy but I wasn't tested. I was terrified that they might call cps on me. If the take your babies first poop and test it they can find any drugs you did from 20 weeks on.  I would just do research on what your state does and talk to your d and I'm sure you'll be okay. Weed isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be!

CPS will get involved if your baby to test positive. It is not 100% they will take your baby so ignore those that say they will. I'd say do not risk smoking anymore you only have a few weeks left.
