Hey, is it safe eating sardines straight out from the can whilst pregnant? please respond.. thanks
my doctor told me not to eat too many Caesar salad because the dressing contained sardines. Idk if that has any relation. But like the other lady said probably OK in moderation
Im not sure whether its safe or not but i would definately watch your intake due to the salt content.
Hmm I'm not sure. A lot of fish is not recommended during pregnancy but just about everything is ok in moderation. I wouldn't eat over a can a week like they recommend with tuna and maybe ask your doc at your next appointment.
