At 9 weeks baby should be around 0.90 inches and 2.3 cm. I agree that measuremenys are not always accurate but to be this far off is a little sketch to me. Keep us updated once u speak to ur doctor. Im very curious to find out what it is? :)

It's possible that you were pregnant way before and still had your monthly period.

Well, i wont say rare sorry but this early on babies usually arent measuring that far ahead unless ur due date is incorrect. Id be asking my doctor a lot of questions.

Please note that measurements made aren't always accurate.  Maybe getting a ruler may help to understand. Maybe it's mm's not cm's. I'm not entirely sure what the measurements are supposed to be for a 9 week old foetus. Did the the person that did the ultrasound say anything about the size? It's great if the foetus is a little bit bigger than it's supposed to be...means it's growing well. Shouldn't really be a concerned.  The only thing you should be concerned about is if it's smaller than it should be.

So will your doctor be talking to you about this? Did the tech say anything? Its very rare for a baby to measure 6-7 weeks ahead.

Yes it is. 13.6 cm is a little over 5 inches which would make baby measure at about 17-18 weeks. Are you positive about your last period or due date? If baby is measuring that far ahead, I highly doubt your only 9 weeks.
