I did some hip rotation and side to side rocking. Also bounced on it. There's another position but I ended up all the way on the floor. I put the ball up against the couch for support and using my hands I put myself up against the ball in a squat position….but like I said I ended up all the way on the floor, guess I'm not that strong in my legs lol
How do you sit while your on it? Do you rock side to side, front to back? I have one at work, I work at a daycare and I sit on it every day, today I spread my legs and leaned forward majority of the time I was at work.
I would say its helping me drop..I went from not dilated at all with...to the next week one cm dilated and she could feel my baby head :)
