Birthing ball
anyone use a birthing ball to help get labor going? Stories please! I'm very active @ work, have been taking 3 epo vaginally at night. Hoping this birthing ball will help get our little guy down!
Bouncing HARD on one helped me get a few contractions. But then I took castor oil that night and the next morning had my son.
