Birthing class?
I'm definitely planning on attending a birthing class, but I can't decide which one I wanna try! I did the basic hospital class last time, but I'm planning to deliver at a birthing center this time so I don't need to know about epidurals and hospital policy!
To any mamas who've already given birth/taken a birthing class, what was it, how did you like it, and did it help?
(I'm thinking lamaze, Bradley method, hypno birthing, etc)
